g'day!
Hi everyone,
I'm Tinny and I live in the inner city in Sydney, Australia. I've got three children (today:two with tonsilitis, one with terrible twos) and I have my own business so I work from home. I started losing weight after I had my last child, two years ago. At first, I lost a lot, pretty easily, but now I guess I have hit the point where my eating and energy expenditure each day cancel each other out, and I have stayed the same weight for more than a year. I exercise but I guess it's time for me to take my exercise up a notch...or two. It's the end of the year again, already. I want to lose this last ten kilos and be at my goal weight. I find I am much better at this when I do a lot of reading about healthy weight loss; it puts me in the right frame of mind and helps me stay focussed. That's one of the reasons why I joined 3FC, I'm lookingf orward to making some new friends. I tend to keep my weight loss stuff to myself so it will be nice to share my thoughts and struggles with some like minded people. Tinny |
