My name is Shelly, and I live in Carlisle, Iowa. I've already lost some weight, but am stuck midway into my weight loss journey. Healthy eating is still pretty easy, because I do love it. But sticking with the exercise is my biggest challenge. I'm pretty busy working two jobs, but I try my best to work out when I can. I can't wait to read through the threads here!

Hi Shelly, I'm stuck half way too. It can be frustrating! I take some comfort (not much!) in the fact that at least I'm not putting any weight back on...

Welcome and you should be glad that you are keeping the weight off. That's half the battle.
