Hi there

I am 31 almost 32 and right now at 189.7 lbs. I have been on La Weight loss for 9 weeks now and have lost 15lbs. However, I am not satisified with that amount. I think it should be higher. I keep plateauing. I do a take off and loss some, but then plateau until the next time. Does anyone else experience this problem? It is really frustrating me to no end. My goal is 150 lbs.
