Hi all, I've just joined and boy, do I need support. I cannot do this on my own. God knows, I've tried, but I need some accountability. I need to be with people who understand the ups and downs of the weight-loss journey. I've been involved in a few groups but I've never been able to commit. Now, things are way out of control.
