You've already lost 16 lbs! How have you been doing that?

well i gained 14 while i was pregnant... i lost 16 coming out of the hospital lol.. good old baby weight... since losing the 16 though i have been bouncing between 246 and 250

Morning Chelsea! I hear that your snow is coming our way by Friday :)

I'm guessing that you've done some reading and thinking since you were here last night. Have you got any more ideas about what you'd like to do about that weight?

I'm also in Canada and have about the same amount of weight to lose - we can be buddies!! I was on here about 6months ago and lost up to 26lbs, but gained a lot back since leaving the site! It can be done - I just have to stick with it! This is a great place to come for motivation. I was feeling so good about myself and co-workers were even noticing my loss! It's so important to stick to it!!

I am a married mommy of 3. Cameron is 6, Carter is almost 4 and Emily is 2 1/2. I am down 19 lbs from having Emmy, but such a long way to go. Want to make up a new short time goal with me??

well. i have done some thinking... I think im gonna kinda do WW and calorie count,,, makee sure im not going TOO much over. im gonna continue working out. In fact, last ngiht, for my exersize i shoveled my entire cul de sacs walkways lol...
thaty was a good half hour of snow plowing..

And thank goodness for someone else getting our snow. it should be +11 by sunday, or so i hear!
