anyone tried FAA?
 

Hello to all you weight losers,
I am planning to attend a FAA meeting and was wondering what to expect. What kind of sucess rate does that program have? I have been following sb and it just doesnt seem to be enough. I end up with such cravings even after the 2 weeks on phases 1.

Sorry, I've never heard of them. I live in such a backwoods part of Ohio, though, that it's not surprising. I have heard of Overeaters Anonymous, and the couple of people I know who tried them out said they didn't find it very helpful.
