Im new and want to do this the right way!
 

Hi all! I am new on here... I currently live in Japan with my husband. We are stationed here in Misawa with the Air Force. We have only been here a month and its crazy being so far from home. Missouri is home to us! I Also just graduated college, got married and moved all within a month... Crazy I know. I was very active in college and now I have put on a good 40 lbs and I want to loose them. We have a gym here and I am trying to go more and eat better. I just need some support and a boost shall we say! :) I look forward to reading everyone's stories and seeing how everyone is doing! Please send me messages if you are looking for a workout buddy and a boost as well. I feel when you have such a great team and knowing you cant let people down you will succeed! I'm a newbie too. Isn't it great to find a place like this? I'm still trying to get myself motivated but I think this is just the place for it. Sounds like you've been busy lately with moving and all. I think -at least for me- when I'm totally stressed and busy I just loose all track of myself. I think putting ourselves first for a while might be just what we need. We're already moving in the right direction! Nice to meet you :wave:
