Hello Everybody!

My name is Tessa, I'm 23 years old and I live in North Carolina. I have been on and off of Weight Watchers for the past few years. I have lost weight, but I have gained a lot of it back. I am not on Weight Watchers at the moment, but am re-joining on January 1st. My goal is to be in my healthy weight range (127 & 147 lbs.) by October 6th.

I don't have the motivation anymore.. and I need to find things to keep me occupied when I'm bored so I don't snack too much. I thought if I joined a few weight loss message boards (this one, dwlz.com and getting2goal.com) it might help me out..

I see a lot of people have read my post.... but how come nobody is replying? I haven't gotten any welcomes or anything..

I just read your post and would like to welcome you to this site. I am no where near your age, but I know there are lots of folks your age on this site who will no doubt be in touch with you. This is a great place, but there are probably a lot of people really busy right now getting ready for the holiday. Just keep coming back and you'll find all the support you need.
