New to this site! And trying to lose..Come Join me!

I'm here to lose about 60 more pounds, and I've been doing good but lately the craves for sweets have been terrible and i've been hanging around 183-184 pounds. Not so happy about that :(

But anyhoo, this thread is for everyone losing, to come in and post your measurements, weight change etc. etc. and diet challenges..just basically a place for motivation and new friends!!

By the way how do you put a weight tracker in your threads?? :dizzy:

I believe that once you have made one, you select the right code for this forum and put it in your signature. I managed to do that ok, but to put one in an email :dizzy: . Grrr..

Have a go and see how it goes. :D
