Another chick on board!

So glad I found this site. Just wanted to say hi. I'm currently 5'6" and weigh 255. Egads--that feels terrible to write! I know what I need to do, and how to go about doing it, but just need a little extra support from time to time. (BTW--I've gained 90 lbs in the past 4 years.)

Hope to be part of some great discussions/support!;)

HA... I've managed 90 in just 3! Im winning, I winning... eh, oh poo. I definitely know how sneakily it happens, and I am SO ready to see it melt off!! We can do it!! I'll keep an eye out for your posts!

what plan are you on? i did atkins unsuccessfully and am now trying my hand at SBeach.... lets see... i have 40 lbs to lose in all...and it is a struggle ,... but I've managed to stay cheat free for the 1st 2 weeks.... I did overdo the lentils... but basically I'm all set for this healthier WOE
