Hi, I'm back again. :o
It's been quite a while - but I think I'm finally done with being overweight. The health risks, the utter discontent I experience - I've had enough!

This is my a-ha moment!

I'm 23, work at a "sit on your butt 8.5 hrs/day" job and love food. But it's okay, I've decided - since some of the best food I like is the food that's best for you!

I plan on cooking a lot, and preparing a lot of my own meals with my own two hands.
