Hi everyone, i have been visiting this forum for a few weeks now, i think this a great thing you guys have here. i recently was told by my physician that i was in the verge of becoming obese, this came as a very big terrible surprise, although i have always carried abit of wieght i never thought i would here the word "obese"..., there is a whole bunch of stuff i need to wrok out, i suffer from social anxiety and the tendency that i have to isolate my self has undermined my physical health, i have so much willingness to get out of this, this is no way to live. i admire every single person in this forum and from what i have read it takes a lot but is possible, therefore i have decided to join in and report any progress i make. I just had to tell someone.
