Hi, first timer!
 

I just found this web-site/forum today after reading about it in "First" (a magazine). Like most of you I have tried just about every diet out there with little to no success/change. I love food, I love to cook especially deserts. I hate excercise and after working all day don't have any ambition to move. However, I am 46 years old and my husband recently said that my stomach was bigger than my boobs. (I asked for an honest opinion from him, and he gave it.:o ). He is right, I look 6 months pregnant because that is where most of my weight is - STOMACH!

I am looking for help, guidance and encouragement to lose weight, get healthy and feel better about myself. Hopefully, I have found just a place.:stress:

Any motivational tips would be great!
