3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello all. I read about this site in First Magazine and thought I'd try it out. They say that support from strangers is more powerful than from people you know, as strangers are not emotionally connected and could sabatage your progress unknowingly.

So, here I am, trying Atkins again for the second time in my life. Six years ago my husband (former now) and I were very successful on the diet, but I've gained a lot of weight in the past 3 years while going through some emotional things. I do remember how easy Atkins was and how much better I felt, especially stomach-wise. I don't have any stomach issues with low carb eating.

My hope is to lose 45 or more pounds so I will be checking in often for help and motivation, and I will provide it for all of you as well.
