Hi...I'm new!
 

Hi all,

Really struggling to stick to any diet alone, so I searched the web for some diet support and found you guys.

I'm 36 and I have never really had a problem losing weight before. I put on atleast 3stone (42 pounds) with all 4 of my kids and lost it all within 3mths of giving birth. I'm not saying it naturally fell off....I worked hard to lose it but over the last 18mths I've put on 3 and a half stone and just cant lose it. I've lost the determination that I once had and it is really depressing me. In fact my lack of self confidence is making me gain even more weight.
