3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I use to post here a few years ago when I was losing weight. Then life happened…..I didn’t have much time for posting:dizzy: …left my husband:( ….fell in love again:woohoo: …..and put ALL of my weight back on:yikes: !

I had lost around 40 pounds and felt so good about myself. Better than I have for a VERY, VERY long time. I fell in love and got lazy and not to mention ate like a horse! That is me and my boyfriend’s biggest problem…we like to eat…and do it a lot…and most of the time we go out to restaurants.

Well, now none of my “skinny” clothes that I have fit me and I REFUSE TO GO OUT AND BUY NEW CLOTHES!!!! So I figured it was time to do something about it. I went to my doctor and he put me back on Meridia (worked great before). I promise to start using my gym membership that I pay for every month. And we have both agreed to stop eating out all of the time. I went to Sam’s Club today and bought some Slim Fast and a bunch of bottled water.

I wanted to come back to 3 Fat Chicks because it really helped me before. It was nice to share my success with others that knew what I was going through. I hope to be able to post regularly…but I promise to do the best I can! :D
