I've been reading around for awhile, especially the Chicks In Control board, as I have had a colossal problem with binge eating over the past two years, having previously been anorexic.

Well..it's time to stop the nonsense, live on HEALTHY foods, and get down to my preferred weight.

Is 118pounds an approved weight from your Dr?I am your height and have been that low before only to find myself in the hospital.I would love to weigh 140,I'm surprised you aren't satisfied with it.

Well, I only visit my doctor when I'm sick, really!

I've been 118 before and was fine at it, and it's just my personal preference to be there again. I'm not a slim 140, I'm a flabby 140!
