Hi Sarah! We're in the same boat - I have about 20 to lose too. What's your plan? Mine is 1200 cals a day and exercise. :)

Hi. I want to start with 20 big ones and hopefully move on. I would love your support. writing things down is hard for me. just cant seem to do it consistantly. help me. what works for you? I just started back exercising, walking the dog for starters.
