hi, im new to this, although not new to fasting! I need a bit of help and stability in reaching my goals xoxox

This web page and forums are awesome, one of the best tools I have found this far. Just reading and understanding that other people are going through the same thing is helpfull. Plus, I always tell myself "You can't mess up, those other girls you are talking to are depending on you". I am still ultimately doing this by myself for myself, but it always helps to have help. Glad to see you've joined us.
