Hi.
I am new on this site and I wanted to let everyone know who I am. I live in New York State and I am trying to lose all the weight I can so I can get off of some of my medications. So far so good I have been on a new lifestyle way of eating since Aug 16 give or take a few days. So far I have lost 30 lbs and I no longer need blood pressure meds and my insulin dose has been dropped down some. I still have about 70 more pounds that I want to lose. All I can say is so far so good. I slip sometimes but I get right back up and start eating right again. Hey I am human> I wish everyone good luck on their new lifestyle of eating to get to the wieight they want to be
