Been gone awhile, but back again

Hi everyone! Haven't been here since the beginning of August, but I have done rather well with my weightloss. I hit my 50 lb. mark two weeks ago and that felt great. I recently acquired a Total Gym, but it didn't come with the instruction booklet. If any knows where I can get one, it would be very much appreciated. :)
