I am new to this group and just about have 3 months of Weight Watchers under my getting smaller belt! This new way of life seems to be the ONE for me! When I have to renew my drivers license next year (recently had a birthday, the big sexy sixty!) I plan to be under the weight that has been on that license for what seems like eons.

Hi Carol, I'll hit the big 60 in December and I think it's time to quit this roller coaster ride with my weight. I've faught it for so long! I lose the weight and then regain. I've come to the conclusion that this is the only life i'm going to get and I better get on with it and start taking better care of myself! I am beginning (again) a good healthy diet and exercise plan. This is the last time I ever intend to be heavy! Would you like an e-mail buddy? I'm good at giving support and could use some too!
