Hi new here looking for motivation

Hi I am 15 and currently 178lbs but used to be 210lbs. I would really like to get down to 130 and I cant seem to get back on track. Any help??? I would be thankful for any tips! Thank you

Wow I'm in the same boat as you. I'm thinking that if I try another diet that I'll get motivated.
