First post -- hi, everyone!
Hi, everybody!
My first post. I'm 48, 5'2", female, weighed 152.5 today, doing WW with a goal of 125 or so. LONG history of weight issues... my mom put me on my first diet at 9, I stayed in the 120-135 range until I had my son at age 27, then ballooned up to 185 in my 30s. Lost down to 125 doing Richard Simmons Deal A Meal and lots of martial arts and kept it off for several years; fell in love and remarried at 40 and the weight crept back up as high as 175 or so. Have mostly been in the 150-165 range for the past 4-5 years. Started WW in July at 163, so 10.5 down so far. Doing weights with a trainer twice a week, doing cardio at the gym most other days of the week. Looking forward to getting to know y'all! Edited to ask: How do I get a ticker? |
