I am working with a low carb diet. I am pretty faithful during the week on any diet, it is the weekends that kill me and any chance for success. I officially started yesterday but really paid attention to what I was doing all weekend. Something in me seems different this time. I feel calmer and not so threatened if that makes any sense......... Thanks for the welcome.
