After a month of lurking...
 

..I've finally decided to show myself. I can't help but tell how happy I am to be a part of the 3FC community:) . Reading all your posts have lifted my spirits, reassuring that we all are not alone in our journeys and also not to forget about ourselves. I only wish I noticed that long before I got my belly :dizzy:

My highest weight was 213lbs at 15, and now I've gone down to 181lbs in the course of 4 years. I was 186lbs when I found this site, and I have you all to thank for helping me lose those 5lbs in an indirect way:hug:

I feel at home already :D .
