Lightbulb Need to talk to someone...who knows

I love my husband, family and everyone that truly cares about me....but I am really having a hard time with this. Granite I have lost 20 pounds since last May...so I am doing something right...but I am at a lull. I would love to just talk to someone that has a different outlook than...you are beautiful...I do love you....YOU KNOW!

thanks
Shannon

Well Shannon, you've come to the right place. There are lots of folks here who can help you. You are surely to find someone who needs to lose a little more .... someone who just needs a boost ... someone who has overcome a stall ... someones who know that if I can do it so can you ....
Read lots, post whereever you feel like it .... welcome!

And 20 lbs it nothng to sniff at! That's an accomplishment! How have you been doing that?

sorry it has been some time before I replied to your question. Thank you so much for responding! Well, first of all I was In New York...so I walked ALOT!!! and I was staying with someone that ate very well, and I tried to keep faithful to eating better and moving more. I have actually joined Curves and have been doing it for almost 3 weeks and I love the support.

Well that's 20 pounds less then when you started!! Keep up the good work. I've found that whatever little sucess I'vehad so far is really in the exercise. I am trying to move a little more everyday then the day before. And the best thing is to not have ANYTHING but healthy food in the house. And I absolutely do not eat anything past 7:30 at night. My whole family is benefitting as well.
