Boy, do I need support. I just read a quote from Zig Ziglar: "People say motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing. That's why we recommend it daily." That's why I'm here!

My story is that I was always on the stocky side, until I was about 17. For a year or two I had an awesome body. Then, I later learned, PCOS kicked in. I'm now on medication, had surgery, and trying to get my weight down. If wanting to wear cute clothes wasn't enough, now I know I have to lose weight if I want to have kids!

The thing that really kicked me into gear this week was getting engaged! I'm going to get married in March, and I don't want to have to buy a dress based on size, as I usually do.

Thanks already for everything I've gained by browsing the forums!

Good luck with your goals and your PCOS management. I know from fertility boards I had been on in years past what a pain (pun NOT intended lol) it is.
