Hi from Indiana

Hi my name is Crystal. I am here to find motivation. I want to lose weight, and do good til I get hungry LOL!! I want to get back down to 140. My pre-pregnancy weight. I had a baby in Feb. and I still have not lost the weight. In fact I weigh more now than I did when I delivered her!

Hoping I can get tips,ideas and motivation!

oh... I should add I want to lose this my December. I am finally going to see my sister that I have not seen in over 3 years! I dont want to be so fluffy when we meet!
