Hi Everyone, I'm Jennifer. I'm a stay at home mom of two boys. I, like most, have struggled with my weight all my life. I hit my lowest at 19, size 6, so I know that somewhere deeply rooted inside myself, I do have the will power to achieve this goal. :)

:welcome2: Jennifer,
I noticed your post in another thread. as I am from Michigan too.

You said "I do have the will power to achieve this goal." I say with this type of attitude you'll have no problem suceeding. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey. I would love to offer any support I can give in helping you along the way.

Are you on a specific plan as far as diet and exercise?

Hey there! Good luck on your journey.

It looks like you and I are at around the same starting point. Both short, both in the mid-200's. I think we can do it! :D

I know this time definitely feels different for me. It's been a week and a half and I don't feel discouraged yet, like I usually do when I give this a try.

My lowest (adult) size was a 12/14... back in 1996 when I was on Pondemen (sp?) for about 2 months. Man, the lbs just melted off with that stuff. I guess we all knew it had to be too good to be true.

Anyway, I think I got down to about 180 or a little under from 200.

I'm a little heavier, a little older, but a lot more motivated now.

I hope we both do great!!! :cb:
