Hello All From Michigan!
Hello, I am Jessica,
I just joined this site and thought I would introduce myself. I am learning my way around ;) I am married with 2 children, 13 and 4. I have been struggling with my weight loss since the birth of my son. I always had that I will start tomorrow excuse. :( I have been dieting since January of last year and went from 227 to 184. I fell off the wagon in the summer and I am now looking to start over. I follow a low calories, low fat diet. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week. I really dont have any problems hitting the gym it's usually the food that I choose to eat. I look forward to getting to know you all :hug: Jessica |

Congratulations on your weightloss and Welcome!! I'm also a newbie here but from Georgia.
I know what you mean about the foods you eat, I do the same thing. I actually enjoy going to the gym when I have a babysitter but don't go quite often enough. When you have kids it's so easy to eat their leftovers and snacks. That's my weakness!!! (Cheetos, graham crackers, goldfish crackers, etc. YUMMY!!!) I guess I need to find some self control. I am a strong believer in the low cal, low fat diets, that is what I am starting too :) For the hundreth time. I know it works, I know how to do, I just have to do it and most of all stick to it! |
