For the words of encouragement. For the first time in 2 years I went for a walk. Sounds silly, but I was almost scared to go, wondering if I would end up in the ditch after having a massive coronary:o We can all do it together:hug: I think I can do it now, since I passed up chocolate cake today my husband brought home, nice huh? :mad:
