I just joined this site and thought I would introduce myself. I am learning my way around
I am married with 2 children, 13 and 4. I have been struggling with my weight loss since the birth of my son. I always had that I will start tomorrow excuse.
I have been dieting since January of last year and went from 227 to 184. I fell off the wagon in the summer and I am now looking to start over. I follow a low calories, low fat diet. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week. I really dont have any problems hitting the gym it's usually the food that I choose to eat.I look forward to getting to know you all
