"deperately seeking ME"
 

:wave: hi im new . i need lots of support to start my weight loss journey to find the old me hidden under 100 plus lbs. i could use lots of help and new friends to guide me or understand the journey.anyone like a pal to travel the road to shedding lbs.its like an addiction "food" so i really need lots of support.

Hi Annette!!! So good to meet you!! There's an entirely different person hiding under my extra weight too, I cant wait till she comes out!! Support is a huge key in this journey and you've found that here on 3FC!! I can totally relate on that food addiction, its hard isnt it? If you were addicted to alcohol or drugs you could avoid it, but you cant NOT eat. Food is the hardest thing to be addicted to, I dont care what anyone says. Just know you arent alone! We will win this battle and put the control back in our hands, instead of in food's hand. We can do it!! Good luck to you in your journey!! Cant wait to see your successes!!

Glad you decided to join. I think you feel like a lot of us. I know theres this fabulous looking woman inside of me and slowly she starting to appear. I would love to offer any support I could give to you on this journey.
Are you on any particular plan as far as diet and exercise?
