Drastic change at 37
 

Hi, I'm new to the 3fc site It feel good to know that just a click away is a whole new world of information and inspiration for me. I'm 37 and I have a wonderful husband of 18 years and two awesome kids Adonis 9 and Dragis 16 both somewhat overweight as well. Any how my life changed drastically when I was told by my pediatrician that my children were one step away from making my kids diabetics, see it kinda runs in my husbands family. I can say I left the office in tears how can I have become such a bad parent not only was I hurting myself I was also hurting my children. I made a life change that day, we are all on the south beach diet and physically living a active life style. My only regret is that I did not start a long time ago.
