Hi just wanted to stop in and intro myself. I am 44 single mom of 3. I have about 50 pounds to lose and it sure is not coming off very fast. I am a avid walker (usually 3-5 miles daily) and I go to curves 3 times a week. I am not on a real diet plan, am trying portion control and lately that hasn't worked. Probably because my portions haven't been very controlled! Well that's my story.....I would love to come up with a new ending. So that is what I am working toward. judy

I loved it out there. I even loved the weather, I am not fond of minnesota winters! I was in Seattle a few times. It was great. judy

Hey Judy... glad you enjoyed the Seattle area! I love the weather too... except not this hot summer we have had but it is still "wimpy" compared to the heat most of the US gets. Looks like our cool rainy fall finally started, yay!!! Yah I grew up in Missouri and was not fond of the winters either, yikes.
