Hi there! I think having a buddy is a great way to help stay motivated. It is so much better and easier then doing it alone. If you like, we can too buddy up. I'm currently doing Atkins. That has worked the best for me out of all the other diets that I've tried. If your interested, just send me a PM.

Just a suggestion, You may want to remove your email addy on your post. It would probably be alot better to send it thru to someone on a Private Message. You may receive alot of Spam and other junk from people you don't want to associate with. Just a suggestion on that. I hate Spam.
