Hi Angie,

I'm 34yrs old M no children yet, I'm starting my journey to need to get in shape. You know it's funny but I feel that when I was in my twenties it was so easy to lose weight:?: now it takes work and alot of effort:) I'm trying to do it counting calories and trying to work out on the treadmill atleast once a day 3-4 times a week that's my goal:carrot: :carrot: just hang in there on this site you'll meet alot of friendly helpful people. You should jump into the thread, Help I'm in denial that's were everyone seems to hang out.
