New here....

I'm new here, but not new (at all) to the whole weight loss concept. I have a ways to go, but I really need to stick with it for loads of reasons. So I'm starting fresh today...I'm not going to dwell on the past but am looking to a brighter future. I look forward to getting to know you all & becoming a big 'loser'!:)

Welcome Stacy! I'm relatively new to the sight (joined end of July) but am totally addicted to it. Tons of great advice and support over here. Jump right into some of the challenges and have a great time!

What are you doing to lose weight? I am just counting calories and concentrating on whole foods and exercise.
