Welcome to our community!! You will certainly find the support and motivation to help you reach your goal. I live in Lubbock and I am told that West Texans are very "friendly". What eating plan are you using to lose? Are you also using an exercise program? You will find just about any eating plan (notice I didn't say "DIET") or exercise program you chose on one of the threads here. I am currently doing Weight Watchers (WW) and using several exercise programs (Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, and weight training). I have buddies in several threads.

What are your specific need? Just let us know and we'll go from there.
