Need a Weight Loss Buddy!

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site and I am looking for a weight-loss buddy. I am 5'6 I weigh 180 pounds and I hope to be 160 by Christmas. Anyone willing to email or msn about workouts and dieting would be extremly welcome.
