Hi I posted on Aug 15th but had unexpected company and went away for a couple of days so my plans to start the diet was put on hold - will start tomorrow.Here is my intro that was placed then:
Starting south beach tomorrow and looking for some support. I have started this diet quite a few times that maybe this time I will get it right.I am 41 years old will be 42 in Oct and wt is 217 ht 5'3". I am married,for 20 years and have a 21 yr old daughter and 18 yr old son. I live in Ontario Canada and I am looking for support to help with weight loss.
I read the posts on here and I am so encourage and it is great how people can be supportive;)
