Anyone near Columbus, Ga?

Ft. Benning? Phenix City? Harris County? Somewhere around the area? I desperately need a buddy. I have a so called buddy but we are more into making excuses for each other than motivating each other.

Hi -- I am a long way from Georgia (though I used to live in Fort Lauderdale) but wanted to welcome you from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay across the USA! :) :welcome3:

Thanks girl. I've been on here for a while. Dabble here and there. Lurk a little. Trying to be more active, here and physically. I am so looking forward to finally getting this weight off.

Hi again. I know what you mean about looking forward to getting the weight off! I try not to focus on how far I still have to go but rather on enjoying the process and how far I have come. And yah it can be far too easy to -- as you said -- make excuses for each other! This is not an easy process...but hang in there... you CAN do it and the rewards will be soooooooooo worth it!

Do you have any specific eating and/or exercise plans?

Have you checked out the 300+ group here on 3FC? They are the GREATEST bunch ever, and we'd love to have you join us there if you haven't been there already! LOL the threads move so fast I am not even always sure who all has posted. :)

Try the numbered threads... currently #981 but that number changes VERY often.

I feel you. Thanks for all the encouragement.

I decided to start off slow. First I'm going to gradually bring my water intake up while cutting out fried foods and sweet. I have an exercise schedule that consist of gym and walking. And I'm thinking about getting a personal trainer. I had free training certificates when I first joined my gym and he was good.

I've been to those thread but like I said I lurk but I will post.

LaGrange is close enough. lol Wow you lost 100 lbs. Congrats on your weightloss. Can't wait until I get to that points. Thanks for getting back with me!

I am. I'm started slowly. I'm thinking about getting a personal trainer at my gym again because he helped me a lot. I know it all isnt going to be gone tomorrow but Im taking it day by day.
