My name is Sara im 22 years old will be 23 on Superbowl. I currently live in hawaii. I've always been a big girl even when I was little. I want to loose over a 100 pounds. My favorite food is icecream and suprisingly since June I havent had any since I started this new weight loss journey. I am really craving it right now but thats not an option. I love meeting new people young and older.

good luck with your journey! I am new here too but the support system looks great! I hope we can support each other, losing weight isn't just hard work it takes a long time.

thanks ... i just started my workout stuff i hope im not in to much pain for the weekend:woops:i was hoping to go to the beach but it may rain its ether to hot or it rains i was planning to walk on the sand to get that extra heart pumping walk but i guess i'll just start to use my tredmill... so are you doing some kink of workout ?

yeah right now I'm only power walking once a day in the evening for 2hrs and then on weekends twice a day. When I think I need a break or a little somehting extra I usually put on yoga booty ballet. www.yogabootyballet.com
