Hello, I'm new
 

Hello everyone!

I'm Crystal 24 married and lives in PA. March 2004 my husband left for Iraq and I weighed my biggest at 184. I was down to 150 when he came home a yr later. Now I am 179. I told myself I would never see 184 again. I'm coming close. It really sucks. I started my diet last week. I'm so out of shape. Last time on my diet I became friends with 3 other ladies from a message board. We emailed each other everyday. We all still talk, but noone is sticking to their diets, as life itself got busier.
I'm seeking the support not only on this board but also a real life diet/excerise buddy.
I live in north east PA. If anyone lives in the area and you would like a buddy I'm here.
Just a run down of where I like to excerise. I walk/ride bike on the dike near the river. Go to Francis Slocum, Ricketts Glenn, Worlds End, Promise Land state parks.
My husband and I like to camp and its hard for me to keep up with the hiking, but I enjoy it.
