I'm Polly, 19. I've been fat since I was 9, and now I've finally decided to be serious about loosing weight. I live in a dorm and all my friends are skinny, so I don't feel comfortable talking to them about my weight issues, that's why I decided to join you ladies here at 3fc! I started counting calories a little over a week ago, and have already lost 4 pounds, so I'm really motivated so far I can't wait to meet everyone!
Hi polly, I don't take to everybody about weight loss either mostly cuz I can be intense about it (even in the face of my many mistakes). It is nice to have a place to go and talk about many topics and what our ups and downs are and to ask questions. Welcome! I do have one real life diet buddy (but she lives in another state so we instant messenge), but otherwise most of my support comes from here and from within. Congrats on the first 4lbs. Do you journal?
Hi Polly, Today is my first day on here. I just started counting my calories on August 4th. I dont know how good it will do me. But this site seem pretty cool that we can come here and chat about losing weight I hope to here from. And I know we can do it, IF WE TRY
