New to this site, recovering from relapse

Hi, I am new here. I had lost alot of weight on another site. I gained back half of it due to health and emotional issues. I am here to try again at this never ending battle. There is so much on this site I am still finding my way around. :dizzy:

Hi Carbzilla (hehe cute name) and welcome! Don't feel too bad about gaining some back. A lot of us have done it too (myself included).

Amen to that lol .... I got down to my lowest 4 years ago and that was a size 18/20 ... back up to 24/6/8 depending on the maker and if there was elastic lol ...

This time Im more determined than ever ... I have new goals I want to achieve in life and I cant do them carrying around all this excess any more.

Im a newbie too on here (actually.. never been a member of an online site like this) .. so enjoy yourself and dont judge yourself too much either.
