What type of diet are you on? I am just eating healthy. I drink a 100% Whey protein shake blended with ice, banana and a scoop of reduced fat peanut butter. The rest of the meals are fruit, veggies and protein. If I do eat carbs, it usually is brown rice.
I just started to lift weights last week and hit it too hard. I hurt my knee and lower back. I had to take a 4 day break but I am ready to start working out again.
