Hi there...
I posted a while back and have been lurking. I think I am finally ready to get this show on the road. I am 25, 5'2 1/2, I weight 130 pounds, but would like to lose 10-15 pounds.
My weaknesses: eating out (my BF and I eat out/order in at least 3 times a week) I usually try to pick the healthiest thing on the menu and preceed that with a garden salad. My other weeknesses are pizza, dessert and chocolate.
my plan is to eat just eat healthy, watch portion size on the carbs and protein--veggies will fill 1/2 my plate. We will be cutting back on the restaraunt foods...if we do go out, I plan to get chicken and steamed veggies...as for desset. I have decided to allow myself 1 day a week ( and only 1 day) to have a treat.
as for exercise. I am pretty good in this area (except this week). I just recently encorporated swimming and spinning in to my walking and weight plan...
so if anyone wants to buddy up I would be DEEEELIGHTED!!!!
