Hi Ash, I have the same in T 5,6,7, and yes I does get really sore some times. You have come to the right place, some great people here. Cruz around have a look at everything and it will not be long before you find a plan, people,and support that will suit you. I also find that going to the gym helps but have to watch I don't get crarried away with the weights or I can't move the next day.But it does help to keep my back in.Otherwise I am clicking each time I bend over LOL.
